Teenaa koutou and welcome to the Waikato Regional Theatre Construction Update.
As we’ve done at the end of the previous three years, this issue is being sent before Christmas in place of a January-Kohitaatea edition.
The site team will be getting a well-deserved break following a big year. Work ends at the close of this Friday, 20 December, and then resumes on Monday, 6 January.
2025 will be The Year of the Theatre, we really are into the final stretch now. So thank you to all those who have come along on the construction journey, it’s been incredible seeing this wonderful building come up out of the ground.
