Progress on site
Highlights from the last month.
Commenced installation of the large Atrium roof trusses – each piece weighs approximately seven tonnes.
Completion of all the shear walls – this was a huge milestone for the site team.
Commenced installation of internal insulation.
Installation of roof iron on the heritage building – this will later be covered by clay tiles.
Significant events coming up
The following progress is expected to occur in the next month.
Completion of the concrete floors across the site.
Continued installation of the Atrium roof trusses.
Progression of the interior partition installation.
Completion of the internal gutters for the heritage building.
A roof truss is lifted into place last week, as seen from Momentum Waikato's office on Alexandra St.
